Actech’s Kling-On Switch II+ Magnets work efficiently with our Klipform and Polyform range by using a wedge plate.
As you can see, the magnet is easy to place with minimal effort. Once the clamp is pressed down, the magnet is activated and the holds the formwork down.

Actech’s Klipform and Polyform range is extremely popular since we have a range of profiles:
Klipform is extruded Aluminium that is MADE IN AUSTRALIA. Lengths range in either 6m or 8m depending on the profile size.
Each size is colour coded (can be purchased without powdercoating for tilt-up but powdercoating is recommended for easy cleaning).
Polyform is a Hybrid of PVC and Wood Fibres that replaces your stop ends being made up of timber LVL and Fillets – having 10-30 reuses depending on how well you look after it. Learn more about Polyform in our article titled What is Polyform?

We make the range of Kling-On Switch II+ and Kling-On Button Magnets for working with the Klipform and Polyform formwork ranges. They are durable stainless steel magnets MADE IN AUSTRALIA.
On the face of the magnets is a number of threaded holes adapted to receive wedges that help engage the magnet to the rear of the Klipform/Polyform.
However, you maybe in a situation where you still have a formwork magnet that is still working pretty well and you maybe wondering if you can use Actech’’s formwork shutters.
The good news is that now you can!
By using a combination of and adaptor plate and countersunk nuts, the standard wedge plate can be used so other formwork magnets can work with our Klipform and Polyform.

The secret is the use of an adaptor plate to convert the hole locations on the other magnet, so it will work with the Klipform / Polyform system.
The Adaptor plate has 2 sets of holes – a first set for securing to the magnet, and a second set for attached Klipform wedges with will engage with the Klipform / Polyform.
