WABICON paste HD is made for easy demoulding of challeng ing mould shapes, parts, inserts and inlays (e.g. polystyrol). WABICON paste HD is a viscous paste by design in order to hold a high concentration of active releasing ingredients everywhere necessary. WABICON paste HD is also tinted so that one can easily identify areas where the product has been applied. WABICON paste HD is solvent-free and is compatible to polystyrol, polyurethane, silicone and other inserts or mould parts that have shown staining or could be damaged if the wrong demoulding agents are used.
WABICON paste HD is water-based and non-hazardous to health and the environment. It’s nonflammable and without odour. WABICON paste HD is a ready-to-use product and can be applied easily and quickly. WABICON paste HD can be diluted down if pilot tests have been carried out.
