There are 3 styles of Fatboy Sprayers for Industrial usage:

The ORIGINAL Fatboy Sprayer features a stainless steel trolley that has large inflatable tyres for easy manoeuvring and rolling over rough ground. This heavy duty steel unit has a 25L tank and will spray 4 tables before needing a recharge of compressed air. It comes standard with a 6m heavy oil hose, RL-16 gun, 500m wand and non-drip tip to suit either release agent applications (fine tip) or curing applications (coarse tip). Optional extras such as additional lengths of hose, pressure tip assemblies and spray extensions…… your options on what you can spray and how you can spray are endless.

Capable of being charged up to 100Psi, you can spray mould oils / release agents through the finest of tips…..or spray curing compound for over larger areas.

We designed this sprayer as we couldn’t find anything like it until we were able to find a manufacturer offshore that was making something similar. Which brings us to…….

Fatboy 14L to 150L (Fully Imported)

This European made unit has a steel trolley, solid wheels, coil hose on quick connects, and wand with a standard curing tip.

The medium duty cycle sprayer is able to support 14, 25, 50, 100 and 150 Lt steel tanks. This sprayer can give you anywhere from 5  to 25 tables of spraying with no refill in between, producing 2-3m of mist up to 500mm wide. It will operate at higher flow rates after a short warm up period. This sprayer is ideal for most commercial applications where large areas need to be covered quickly or a very fine spray is required at high pressures.

There is an external pressure gauge and multiple values to control the charging and discharging of air pressure in the tank.

There is also an external tube to show the level of liquid in the tank at all times.

The standard hose can be upgraded to a heavy oil hose (blue colour), and it is possible to upgrade the spray tip to a Non-drip tip with the tip of your choosing.

Fatboy Foamer 14L to 150L (Fully Imported)

This European made unit has a steel trolley, stainless steel body. solid wheels, heavy oil hose on quick connections, and wand with a standard foaming tip.

The medium duty cycle sprayer is able to support 14, 25, 50, 100 and 150 Lt stainless steel tanks. This sprayer is ideal for generating high volumes of foam for most cleaning applications such as truck wash, food processing cleaning, or using  Liquid Hammer to remove concrete/cement from machinery or vehicles.

This sprayer series is unique in that it mixes pressurised air in the tank together with the liquid under the same pressure, and mixes them together down the discharge line. As the air moves down the line it converts the liquid to a foam ( this assumes the liquid has some sort of surfactants in it).

There is an external pressure gauge and multiple values to control the charging and discharging of air pressure in the tank. There is an additional dial to control the amount of air volume and pressure to be delivered in the discharge line.

There is also an external tube to show the level of liquid in the tank at all times.
