SNAPFIX is a sturdy clip-on spacer for medium to heavy-duty usage in all types of applications found in Precast yards and in situ construction sites. SNAPFIX is capable of clamping reinforcement up to 20 mm in diameter, but can also be used to hold 2 bars together at the same time – like 2 x 12mm bars or even 2 x 16mm bars for lap joints.
SNAPFIX offers a large advantage over other Fast Clip Bar because SNAPFIX has a more stable base. The Fast Clip Bar chair has a “X” profile making it prone to tipping over, while Snapfix has 2 angled legs that form a triangular looking structure to provide enhanced stability with a minimal footprint on the formwork surface.
SNAPFIX can be used horizontally or vertically, but best suited to horizontal applications.
